Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This person plays a key role in the successful execution of projects. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this individual will provide technical and engineering excellence, as well as successful delivery of work to our customers. The role is essential for developing innovative solutions that meet industry standards and client specifications.
This person will also actively support the business development process, through the technical development behind the proposals.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical or a related field from an ABET-EAC accredited program
· 10+ years of experience
· Prior experience developing and reviewing project documentation for quality assurance
· Ability to analyze complex engineering projects to identify design requirements and constraints, and integrates sustainability principles throughout
· Past experience doing basic scheduling analysis and assessment of project risk
· Ability to write and assist with professional service proposals
Past experience mentoring other engineers
