Job Description
An Insight Global client is hiring a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. They will be supporting an enterprise level organization as the first level of triage troubleshooting and resolving 30+ level 1 tickets and escalating accordingly as needed. This person will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills as they will be answering phones and supporting the walk-up support desk. Must be local to the King of Prussia area and be able to commute 3x a week.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of Information Technology Support experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Experience utilizing enterprise level ticketing system such as ServiceNow
Experience utilizing Active Directory for user authentication and identity access management
Well versed with O365 and Windows
Excellent communication skills
Ability to commute 3x a week to King of Prussia
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SAP and Network Infrastructure monitoring experience
