Job Description
A healthcare insurance client is hiring for QA Manual Test Leads to run projects for their Enterprise Data and Population Health towers. As the QA Lead you will be responsible for driving multiple projects forward, managing offshore testing efforts, challenging assumptions, and ensuring alignment with functional requirements. Key responsibilities include:
• Review functional requirements and identify gaps; collaborate with Business Analysts and Development teams to resolve issues.
• Manage and coordinate offshore QA teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership when necessary and proactively keep projects on track.
• Conduct test case creation, execution, and defect management using tools like ALM
Write and execute basic SQL queries for data validation.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong ability to lead projects and manage distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing tools (ALM, JIRA, or similar).
• Ability to write basic SQL queries
Experience with front-end GUI testing.
