Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven contractor to support two strategic digital transformation initiatives within the Clinical Supply Quality organization. This role will be instrumental in streamlining and automating complex quality systems and procedures, reducing human error, and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative IT solutions. Key Responsibilities
Project 1: Quality Procedure Digitization via ARIS
• Migrate existing quality procedures from TruVault to ARIS software.
• Develop master data and build out the ARIS interface for procedure visualization.
• Translate complex procedural documents into intuitive flowcharts.
• Map interconnections between upstream and downstream quality processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external ARIS support teams to validate and implement the system.
Project 2: Metrics Cockpit Development via Quickbase
• Consolidate disparate dashboard data into a unified Quickbase platform.
• Design and implement automated data flows from source systems or manual Excel inputs.
• Enable real-time visualization of end-to-end quality metrics.
• Support integration of internal site data and streamline reporting processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with IT systems, coding, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ARIS and Quickbase platforms is highly desirable.
• Background in pharmaceutical quality systems or clinical supply chain preferred.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification or strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently, bring forward ideas, and drive projects forward.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
