Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead a high-priority, enterprise-wide initiative focused on creating a Source of Truth for 10 projects across Operations (7 projects) and Quality (3 projects) domains. This initiative is critical for consolidating decentralized work and establishing a unified view, standards, and reporting framework.

The PM will partner with technical resources, leaders, and existing PMs to centralize efforts, ensure alignment, and deliver a comprehensive plan that supports communication across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
• Program Oversight & Consolidation
o Develop and maintain a consolidated project plan for all 10 initiatives.
o Establish standards and best practices for engagement, documentation, and reporting.
o Create a unified view of progress, including dashboards and status reports for leadership.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
o Facilitate discussions with internal teams and clients to capture end-user experience and requirements.
o Coordinate validation, acceptance testing, and feedback loops between build teams and clients.
o Organize end-user education sessions and office hours for training (3,000+ users).
• Process & Standards Development
o Define expectations for client engagement and documentation across phases.
o Develop a playbook for future initiatives.
o Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and resource optimization.
• Execution & Tracking
o Consolidate key artifacts: reports in scope, source systems, platforms/tools, mapping to future state.
o Track progress across evaluation, build, testing, validation, and training phases.
o Create and manage epics in Jira; monitor work and escalate blockers.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree Required
Work in Eastern or Central Time zone
Proven track record as a Project Manager in complex, multi-project environments.
Familiarity with analytics/data initiatives and ability to understand technical concepts (no hands-on coding required).
Strong skills in documentation, planning, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of data platforms/tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS tools).
Ability to assess source systems and data flow for future-state planning.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to drive alignment and hold teams accountable for deliverables.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Healthcare industry experience.
Familiarity with migration from Tableau/Dimensional Insight to MS platforms.
