Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Cybersecurity Engineering & Support Manager for our manufacturing client based in Pittsburgh. This individual will be leading a team responsible for deploying and supporting enterprise security technologies managing the vulnerability management stack and delivering security risk analytics. This role also oversees operational security functions (but not a SOC) and internal compliance tasks. You’ll ensure the lifecycle and effectiveness of critical security platforms used globally across IT, end-user, and cybersecurity domains.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise TI applications, infrastructure, security, or other related fields
• Experience leading vulnerability management program
• Expertise in security and systems engineering, including application security, security operations, secure software deployment practices, and vulnerability maangement best practices
• Experience desiging and improving business processes to enhance security and operational efficiency
• 2+ years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity professionals
o Experience managing departmental budget
• Background in enterprise IT leadership, ideally with exposure to operational technology (OT) environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or a related field
• Active security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, etc.)
