Job Description

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Business Analyst for a long-term contract supporting its Regulatory Affairs team. The role focuses on facilitating the transition from Microsoft Project Online to Planner Premium. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to:
• Assess current workflows and project management practices
• Map existing processes to Planner Premium capabilities
• Develop user stories and define success criteria based on stakeholder needs
This position is critical to maintaining continuity in regulatory operations throughout the implementation of the new project management tool.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Life Sciences or Regulatory Affairs
o Skilled in defining user stories, business processes, and functional specifications to align regulatory needs with system capabilities and business goals
• Experience working with Planner Premium
