                            Job Summary
The IT Deployment Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful rollout of new software, systems, and updates. This role is essential in bridging the gap between technical teams and business units, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption. The coordinator will also support a capital project focused on rebuilding and integrating point-of-sale (POS) and kiosk configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support: Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Documentation Management: Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
Communication & Coordination: Facilitate internal team meetings and external calls with vendors and stakeholders. Communicate project updates and issues clearly across all levels.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress against timelines and objectives. Prepare and distribute regular status reports.
Issue & Risk Management: Identify and monitor risks and issues. Escalate concerns and assist in resolving blockers.
Vendor & Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources for project tasks, including scheduling and logistics.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes and best practices.
Administrative Duties: Manage project-related administrative tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking.

                        Required Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            3+ years of experience as Project Coordinator in a large enterprise environment 
Experience supporting IT Deployment projects 
Proficiency in Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and systems already in place.
Experience managing timelines, actions, and calls for accounts in scope.
