Insight Global is seeking Data Enablement and Training Associate to join their client’s Corporate Strategy department. Corporate Strategy is an organization guided by the client’s executive team to identify compelling ideas within the organization that can be used to improve efficiency and drive value. The Associate will be focused on enabling data self-service and data literacy within the company to support their on-going efforts to be a data-driven organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE), the Associate will be a pivotal team member in providing training and development opportunities related to data literacy and data self-service to the enterprise. The individual will also have responsibility for developing relationships and effective partnerships with teams throughout the organization to drive the best enterprise-wide outcomes.
The position will require a combination of proven experience in skills-coaching and subject matter expertise in data and analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coaches and trains internal office workers on data literacy topics like data visualization (PowerBI), data interpretation, AI, etc.
• Runs Analytics Maturity Path program, capturing accessibility limitations to share with IT and themes from business teams to address with development content.
• Executes the enterprise data literacy program, following strategy set by ACE leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to use data & analytics to support the company’s strategic priorities.
• Models data governance best practices.
• Promotes the expansion of data literacy and data self-service skillsets throughout the organization.
• Supports the advancement of data culture.
Breakdown:
• 10-25% - training and associated admin, like scheduling and developing course content, etc.
• 25-30% - mentorship:
o The associate wouldn’t be doing extensive Power BI work themselves, more helping mentor business users: working side by side to design & build dashboards.
• 25% - conducting analytics maturity workshops with business areas and associated admin & support. Including other data strategy work, like running the community of practice, developing data literacy development materials and opportunities, and general admin.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 or more years’ professional experience working with data (analytics, data governance, data quality, data stewardship, data management, forecasting, etc.)
• Familiarity with visualization tools (tableau, PowerBi, etc.)
• Experience mentoring and/or training on data visualization tools & similar topics:
o How to interpret data, how to build dashboards, design process, etc.
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with advanced data tools and concepts (ex: SQL, Snowflake, regression)
• Program management, including long-term planning / roadmap execution across multiple workstreams.
