Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a contracted Sr. Level ServiceNow IT Consultant, where your technical expertise will help shape and optimize ServiceNow process and enterprise workflows. In this key role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform, enabling enhanced productivity and delivering impactful solutions across the organization. We're seeking a motivated individual eager to utilize their substantial ServiceNow skillset to enhance, support, and guide best practice implementations within our ServiceNow platform. This is targeted to be a 12 mo. engagement with possible extension.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
This position is fully remote and open to candidates located within the United States.
Standard working hours align with the Eastern Time Zone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Include: ServiceNow Administration & Configuration
Administer and maintain the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Implement security changes across the platform.
Design and deliver issue solutions to align with business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
ServiceNow Development
Design and implement UI changes including portal, forms and workspaces.
Develop custom scripts and flows to support requested platform functionality.
Enhance and update existing workflows, forms, and automation features.
Implement new integrations with external sources.
Implement new AI features across the platform.
Provide best practice guidance on processes around CSDM, CMDB, Asset, ITSM, SPM, HRSD
Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
Gather and document requirements for enhancement requests.
Evaluate proposed changes and provide expert recommendations.
Ensure clear communication of technical findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

ServiceNow CAD Certification
ServiceNow HR Implementation Certification
