Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an PC Refresh Technician to join a large engineering company located in Ephrata, PA. They will be responsible for working alongside another tech to manage a refresh of the organizations hardware. They will be responsible for imaging new hardware using SCCM, setting up the asset management protocol and shipping and receiving hardware. A successful person will have experience handling deployments for Dell and HP laptops and handle any hardware related issues. This role requires someone to be onsite five days a week in Ephrata, PA.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of helpdesk support experience including hardware deployment and break/fix experience
- Experience imaging Dell and HP laptops using SCCM and install new applications for users
- Ability to help coordinate shipments and track hardware in Excel
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow ticketing system to track tickets
- Experience with shipping for deployment and return of equipment hardware utilizing Fedex ship Manager
- Comfortable being on site five days a week
