Facilities Director

One of Insight Global's largest Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) clients in the Greater Philadelphia area is urgently seeking a Facilities Director to assist with the oversight of managing maintenance and EVS functions across their 5 locations in the Reading area (10 mile radius). These 5 locations include 2 Surgery Centers and 3 outpatient Physical Therapy centers. This person will report directly to the CFO and will manage a team of 10 EVS and facilities employees. This person will split their time between two main categories, onsite support and vendor/facility management. In onsite support, the Director will be working in the field with their team to complete a variety of facilities projects --  (ex/ parking lot pavement, ceiling replacements, building out space & storage, making sure spaces are compliant with JC readiness, and managing ORs for temperature and humidity). The other portion of the job will be desk-work, and will include managing vendor partnerships that help to keep facilities running and keeping organized records of needs at each facility. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is accustomed to JC regulations and operating healthcare facilities.

Highschool graduate or equivalent
3+ years in electrical, mechanical systems operations and function — Facilities experience
Communication skills to liaise with vendors and clinicians
Organization skills to track progress on current projects
