Insight Global is searching for a Project Coordinator to sit remotely at one of our hardwood manufacturing clients. This Project Coordinator will be supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure project success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities –
• Assist in the development, documentation, and rollout of PMO standard operating procedures, templates, and reporting tools.
• Ensure alignment of project activities with PMO methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
• Identify gaps in current processes and contribute to the development of solutions

Required Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years of project management or project coordination experience
• Experience being in a PMO setting
• Must have or be willing to obtain PMI-CAPM Certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Waterfall or SDLC experience
• Microsoft Project experience
