Job Description
A Fortune 100 supply chain and package delivery company is seeking a Senior Remote LMS/Workday Learning Administrator to join its University Learning Team. This role is critical in supporting the company’s migration from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday Learning, a transition scheduled for completion by January 2026. The administrator will be responsible for upgrading HR technology systems, including system design, testing, implementation, and rollout of various HR technology projects and process improvements. Acting as a system administrator with deep expertise in Workday Learning, the individual will provide functional and analytical support across multiple HR initiatives.
The role involves analyzing system-generated and manual reports, producing both scheduled and ad hoc reporting, and troubleshooting moderately complex issues for end users. The administrator will collaborate with system vendors to resolve technical challenges and ensure continuous improvement of HR systems. They will also support cross-functional HR projects, working closely with departments across FedEx Ground and other FedEx operating companies. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the design and facilitation of HR technology training for field HR teams and headquarters personnel, as well as assisting in the development of project schedules, training plans, documentation, and communication materials.
Maintaining and updating system configurations and documentation to reflect policy and process changes is a key part of the role. The administrator will help evaluate software needs, participate in testing during system conversions and upgrades, and perform periodic audits of data elements and system processes. They will also review existing procedures and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve data accuracy and reduce manual workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field required
4 years' experience in HR technology systems
Proven experience administering Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms.
Strong understanding of HR technology systems and project lifecycle.
Office 365 skills - Excel
Support data and process testing during system conversions, upgrades, and new software implementations.
Experience with conducting periodic audits of data elements, system configurations, and processes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with system migrations, especially from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday, is a plus.
