Job Description
Our life sciences client is seeking a Senior CyberArk and identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join the commercial team. This individual will lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and IAM systems across enterprise environments. This role is essential for maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency in unregulated, government-regulated, and cloud-based environments. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance on IAM and PAM practices, and ensure secure management of identities, accounts, and privileged access. They will work on the government side but help on the commercial side. This role is 100% remote, and the target rate is $70/hr.
Language Proficiency
Candidates must demonstrate clear and fluent English communication skills.
While some individuals were understandable when consciously focusing on pronunciation, it became challenging to follow their responses once the conversation became more relaxed.
Internet Connectivity
As this is a remote position, candidates must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
Noticeable delays in audio/video synchronization or response times (such as those commonly associated with satellite internet) indicate potential connectivity concerns that could impact performance.
System Access Requirements
Candidates will not be able to connect to our environment through a VPN, as such connections are blocked.
This role requires someone with 5+ years of CyberArk experience managing both self-hosted and SaaS solutions, in addition to 10+ years of overall IAM experience. It is a Tier 3 position, and simply onboarding accounts does not meet the requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with a focus on IAM and security solutions.
5+ years of experience with CyberArk PAM implementations and management.
Proven expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD
Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Java or other) for automation and system integration
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with ITAR/GOV-controlled environments and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOX, GDPR).
