Job Description
One of Insight Global's chemical manufacturing clients is looking for an IT Support Consultant for their site in Harboøre, Denmark.
In this role you will work closely with the IT support team to provide on-site assistance in Harboøre and remote support across the EMEA region. The role involves troubleshooting, system and application support, and resolving a wide range of IT issues. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise, adaptability, and professionalism. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude are essential.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Provide IT support and resolve user inquiries, documenting all work in ServiceNow.
- Manage and troubleshoot business applications, ensuring proper usage and maintaining user manuals.
- Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, and assist with IT equipment installations.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and VMware ESXi, manage user accounts, and participate in a 24/7 on-call service rotation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or as a trained IT supporter with active certifications
- Experienced with tools and systems like Active Directory, Office365, Teams, Windows 11, SCCM, SharePoint, printers, and networks.
- Possesses strong knowledge of hardware, software, and configuration, with a detail-oriented and structured approach to completing tasks.
- Demonstrates flexibility, a service-oriented mindset, and
excellent communication skills in both English and Danish.
- Ability to commute 5 days a week to Harboøre, Denmark.
