Job Description
The Data Center Construction Manager will lead development and construction of a mission-critical data center supporting high-reliability operations.
• Manage all aspects of data center construction, including mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure.
• Ensure redundancy, uptime, and commissioning to Tier 3/Tier 4 standards.
• Oversee integration of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems with facility operations.
• Drive safety and quality standards across site activities.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 10+ years overseeing data center development and construction, with deep expertise in simple cycle, combined cycle facilities, and/or reciprocating plants
• Expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, including UPS, generators, chilled water, and redundant cooling.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes for hyperscale facilities.
• Required: OSHA 30, AED/First Aid certification, valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong communication and adaptability to rural project environments.
