Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a skilled Sr Oracle Developer with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support and enhance financial processes across Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R), Cash Management, and AAC (Accounting Automation Cloud). The role demands hands-on integration expertise and deep understanding of finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Finance modules (AR, R2R, Cash, AAC).
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration and reporting requirements.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to financial transactions, reporting, and data flow.
• Work on enhancements and support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Ensure end-to-end data integrity and compliance across integrations and finance processes.
• Provide documentation, support, and training to business users.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Cash Management
• Accounting Automation Cloud (AAC)
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): REST/SOAP APIs, FTP adapters, BIP, and file-based integrations.
• Good understanding of data models and financial flows in Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Exposure to PaaS extensions and BIP/OTBI reports is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Oracle certifications (Fusion Cloud/OIC) preferred."
