Insight Global is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Civil Engineer to support pre-construction efforts for large-scale industrial developments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage project planning and is comfortable navigating complex entitlement and permitting processesespecially in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They will develop and review conceptual site layouts to determine optimal building size and placement. This person must understand and apply local zoning laws, commercial codes, and environmental regulations, which vary by state and assist in preparing drawings through various stages. Thus person must sit onsite 5 days a week, hours are flexible. Salary will range from $125,000-$145,000 depending on experience.

3-5 years of prior experience with leading and supporting entitlement and approval processes, ensuring compliance with state-specific commercial codes and zoning laws in New Jersey and/or Philadelphia
Contribute to Windows lab upgrades and security enhancements (if applicable to project scope).
Demonstrate leadership potential with a long-term view toward branch management.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timelines and permitting milestones are met.
Provide value-added insights during the pre-construction phase to streamline project execution.
Must have experience with a Civil Engineering design software to design and review site layouts.
Must have Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineering License in Civil Engineering
Experience with Autodesk Revit
