Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an Aerospace Sourcing & Procurement Manager for one of our largest fortune 250 clients. You will be responsible for optimizing business unit supply chain processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will lead and manage all strategic sourcing and materials management activities, manage the business units overall strategic production planning practices, establish preferred supplier selection criteria, and be held accountable for multi-site supply chain metrics and performance standards for the business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing and materials management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Salary: 121-212k - 12.5 bonus

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and materials management
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations and compliance
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data integrity management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Supply chain certifications
