We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Manager to lead the
commissioning and start-up of heat treatment equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate will
have extensive experience in the heat treatment industry, with a strong understanding of
industrial furnace systems, heat treatment processes, and related machinery. This role involves
working closely with engineering, project management, and client teams to ensure the successful
deployment of complex heat treatment systems, adhering to safety standards, quality
requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the setup and commissioning of heat treatment equipment, including furnaces
and ancillary components.
Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to ensure
precise installation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure installation aligns
with project specifications and schedules.
Familiarity with site surveys and prepare installation plans, including foundation
work, electrical connections, mechanical alignments, and piping.
Perform pre-startup inspections, functional tests, and calibration of equipment to
ensure operational readiness.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly, minimizing downtime and
delays.
Provide on-site training to client personnel on equipment operation, safety protocols,
and maintenance procedures.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout
the installation process.
Document installation activities, test results, and punch list items for project closeout.
Support warranty and service teams with technical expertise for ongoing equipment
support.

- Experience with heat treatment systems.
---> Strong understanding of heat treatment processes, furnace operation, and industrial
electrical/mechanical systems
Electrical or mechanical trade certifications.
Prior experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.
Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems used in heat treatment equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Knowledge of applicable safety standards (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, etc.).
