As the Technology Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of a strategic initiative to establish a new operational hub in Mexico City, starting with a team of 25 and scaling to 50. Youll coordinate across departmentsLegal, Risk, HR, Infrastructure, and moreto ensure all aspects of the launch are aligned and on track. Responsibilities include selecting the physical location (potentially leveraging current office space), managing vendors, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and supporting talent acquisition. Youll maintain detailed project plans, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to executive leadership. This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring flexibility to step in wherever needed to ensure successful delivery.

1015 years of professional experience as a Technology Project or Program Manager
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse workstreams (e.g., vendor management, infrastructure, HR, legal, regulatory)
Strong experience in project planning and execution, including status tracking, budget (CAPEX/OPEX), timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation, and resource management
Proficiency with project management tools, especially Smartsheet and Excel
Excellent communication skills, including experience engaging with C-suite executives
Fluent in both English and Spanish (business proficient)
PMP, PMI, or PRINCE2 certification
