Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic and growing tech company. This is a contract role with the potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Location: Hybrid near Philadelphia, PA

Contract Duration: 90 Days (with potential for extension)

Pay Rate: $45$50/hour

Work Hours: Core hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

On-Call Availability: 6:00 AM 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM 10:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEOs schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.

Inbox Management: Assist with email triage and prioritization to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

Approval Workflows: Handle PTO requests and DocuSign approvals on behalf of the CEO.

Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Proactive Support: Anticipate needs, identify opportunities for efficiency, and take initiative to solve problems before they arise.

Availability: Be responsive and available during on-call hours outside of core working hours.

This is a 3-month contract position with extensions. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience

-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.

-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

-Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

-Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar/email tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook), DocuSign, and other productivity platforms.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

-Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and being on-call during designated hours.
