Job Description
A client of Insight Global, who is a leader in concierge medicine with practices across the Tri-State area—is expanding its team and hiring a remote Practice Manager to support its growing network. This hybrid role blends financial oversight with operational and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong cross-functional accounting and bookkeeping expertise, with proven proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP payroll systems. This position offers the opportunity to transition from an individual contributor to a strategic operations leader, with potential for people management responsibilities. A solid foundation in financial systems, organizational operations, and cross-functional coordination is essential.
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
• Process accounts payable and receivable, manage cash flow, and support payroll coordination
• Assist with budgeting, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with external accountants for tax filings and audits
• Track expenses, vendor payments, and reimbursements
Operations & Administrative Support
• Provide executive support to the President and leadership team
• Coordinate internal communications, scheduling, and meeting logistics
• Oversee administrative workflows across physician practices
• Manage vendor relationships and purchasing
• Maintain internal documentation and reporting systems
• Leverage ADP from a system perspective
HR & Employee Coordination
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Maintain HR records and administer PTO, leave, and benefits tracking
• Assist with 401(k) plan administration and employee communications
• Help coordinate recruitment logistics and job postings
Patient & Practice Support
• Assist with patient/member communications and onboarding
• Support membership renewals and practice-wide initiatives
• Collaborate with physician offices to ensure operational consistency

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Practice Manager with a background in bookkeeping, accounting, and operations
• Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Solid hands-on experience with ADP systems
• Local to the Greater Philadelphia area for periodic in-person meetings (One or twice a month)
