We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. This individual will manage budgets, organize project structures, track progress, and provide insightful management reports. This individual will work out of the client's Collegeville office 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Strong budget management skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize spending.
Expertise in tracking the progress of complex projects and identifying deviations from plans.
Proficiency in collaborating with project managers to organize and simplify complex information.
Experience managing change control processes effectively.
Capability to prioritize & organize project structures for clarity and efficiency.
Experience creating and delivering management reports on project and portfolio status.
Proven track record of managing complex budgets and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to influence teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software.
Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and trends.
Experience working in agile or hybrid project management environments.
Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on mitigating risks in project delivery.

Experience with ERP implementation
Experience with manufacturing and automation process platforms
Knowledge of data engineering tools and procedures
