An education services client of ours is looking for a Software Support Specialist to join their application team. This person is essential for supporting the PowerSchool SIS platform. This person will provide educational sessions to train staff and clients on this PowerSchool system. They will give timelines and guidelines client should follow. This candidate will implement elementary standards for grade reporting, master scheduling, attendance and enrollment. Documentation is crucial in this position as they will be working with a lot of data. This is a 6-month contract role, with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time employee.

2+ years of experience in software support
Strong excel documentation skills
Associates Degree or relevant work experiences
