Excavator/Roller Operator

Responsibilities:
Operate excavator machinery to demolish structures and clear debris.
Operate roller machinery to compact and level surfaces during the demolition process.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Coordinate with the demolition team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors.
Ensure safe operation of the excavator and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
- MUST BE OKAY WITH TRAVEL
Proven experience as an excavator operator in construction or demolition projects.
Proven experience as a roller operator in construction or demolition projects.

Valid certification to operate excavator machinery.
OSHA 10 card required.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Stamina to operate machinery for extended periods.
