They focus on providing tailored support to benefit funds and related organizations.
Day to Day:
Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and acting as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Organizing meetings and managing calendars.
Preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Communicating across departments to relay information and follow up on tasks.
Communicating directly with 4 main clients on status updates, inquiries, etc.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
