A Healthcare Analytics company in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking (4) Data Entry Associates. The candidates will be joining their Integration Analytics team being responsible for the successful implementation of vendors data into the Innovu platform. The goal of the Integration Analytics team is to produce quality data to be loaded into the platform and for the clients to be able to understand, interpret and act upon.
Training:
4-6 weeks, onsite 5 days/week
o Depending on how training goes, can move into hybrid/remote role!
o Will send laptops
Day to Day:
Interpret and analyze healthcare-related documents. For Example: Summary of benefits and coverage, Stop Loss, Group Structures, Rates and Contributions by coverage tier and plan, and fee structures .
Accurately input healthcare data into proprietary software systems.
Ensure data entry adheres to company guidelines and quality standards.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
Collaborate with internal teams for clarification or additional document details as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare information.
Assist with resolving any data discrepancies or input errors.
Meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks for data entry tasks.

Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Health Information Systems, Economics, Math or related
o Will be flex on degree if experience in data/healthcare data/analytical data pulling
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
