Job Description

The Onboard Connectivity Specialist is responsible for assisting in execution of the Connected Device strategy. This position will be expected to support the daily operations of the department. Major responsibilities include ensuring onboard devices are communicating, working with other departments and locations for device repairs surface any device issues to supervisors resolve device issues or discrepancies, measure partner connectivity performance review open service requests of device repairs, maintain Tax Compliancy for connected devices, other projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred - Excellent organizational skills - Experience with IOT devices preferred - 2+ years experience with field systems and processes related to PartsNet, ServiceNet, Rental, Fuel, etc. - 2+ years of transportation industry experience preferred - Ability to foster strong relationships, especially with customers - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle multiple projects - Proficiency with MS applications including Word, Excel, Outlook is required - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
