A health insurance client is looking to hire a REMOTE .NET Developer to join their Enterprise Integration Services team. Daily this person is responsible for building APIs from scratch working with RESTful API patterns and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns. This developer will also play a key part in guiding the team on best practices for deploying and managing .NET APIs. This is a fully remote India based role, with a work schedule of 2:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST.

- 5+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP .NET
- Proficient with Entity Framework Core, and relational database design (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Implement microservices as required by application architecture with deep understanding of API design patterns, REST principles, and versioning strategies.
- Host and manage APIs on Azure, or on-premise environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or App Services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for hosting and scaling APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment using Azure RedHat Openshift
