Insight Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PC Technician with over 2 years of experience to join the dynamic IT team of an AM 100 law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refreshing laptops, extensive experience with Windows 11, imaging and recycling equipment and the ability to coordinate equipment shipments efficiently. A go-getter personality and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Laptop Refresh: Perform hardware and software refreshes on laptops, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
-Windows 11 Expertise: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems and related software applications.
-Equipment Coordination: Manage and coordinate the shipment of IT equipment, including tracking, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery.
-Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical activities, including equipment inventory, support tickets, and system configurations.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations and support for all IT-related projects.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PC Technician or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows 11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with laptop refresh processes and hardware upgrades.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
