* Maintain technical knowledge of application systems analysis, design and development, including software package implementation and data base concepts

* Demonstrate an understanding of application software technology, development methods an! d tools and their potential applicability to business problems

* Provide production support; address technical issues for resolution and work with Manager and Business Sponsors on status of system issue resolution

* Make technical recommendations for more efficient trouble shooting and issue resolution

* Assess alternative software solutions for workability and technical feasibility

* Perform feasibility studies to analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and development timeframes of systems solutions

* Identify technical impact of proposed application development/enhancement projects and coordinate with IT colleagues

* Communicate project status to project leader and manage interdependencies

* Responsible for providing "on call" and off hours support for production systems when assigned
