Job Description

- Assist senior technicians or engineers in manufacturing, assembly, wiring and testing of custom designed products following established procedures and safety protocols.

- Perform routine inspections, tests, and quality inspections on electrical equipment

- Troubleshoot wiring issues using digital multimeters, manuals, and technical documentation, and collaborating with senior technicians or engineers as needed.

Adhere to safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times, maintaining a safe and clean work environment and reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Required Skills & Experience

- Technical Certification or associates degree

- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial environment

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and components, with the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Ability to read electrical schematic and wiring diagrams

- Ability to wire point to point in a factory environment

Ability to carry heavy objects
