Insight Global is seeking a Site Operations Lead for one of our largest manufacturing clients to sit out of their Erie, PA, facility. This individual will be overseeing 3 sites (Erie, Cambridge Springs, & Saegertown), primarily responsible for evaluating the manufacturing operations and understanding where the Division can improve within manufacturing, machine connectivity, automation, etc. They will be interacting heavily with business partners (e.g. Supply Chain, Customer Service), attending business planning sessions to understand high-level priorities and help drive these between manufacturing/IT, and serving as the liaison between the business and upper management. The Operations Lead will be consistently bringing ideas to the forefront to ensure that the Division is being productive and continuously improving. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to influence team members based on corporate initiatives, and a strong passion for coaching and leading.

Bachelors degree, preferably in a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
Familiar with implementing process improvements on the shop floor.
Familiarity with any service desk ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow).
Basic project management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and controls.
Previous lead experience.
o Ability to hold team members accountable, develop strong cross-functional partnerships, and positively influence others.
- Knowledge of PLCs.
- SAP/ERP experience.
