A leader in the health insurance space is hiring for a REMOTE Lead .NET Core Developer to join their Enterprise Solution Architecture team. In this high-visibility role, you'll lead technical teams to deliver backend API/service software solutions that drive business objectives. One critical project this person will support is the development of new batch file processing streams to integrate a new line of business into their document management system. Other Responsibilities include:
Lead technical teams in developing and implementing SOAP/REST API solutions.
Building .NET services for web based applications
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to define, design, develop, test, document, and support API solutions.
Ensure alignment with Enterprise Integration Strategy and Architecture throughout the SDLC.
Understand 'big picture' business goals and facilitate technical teams to achieve solution delivery.

- 8+ years developing services in .NET technologies (ASP .NET Core 3.1/5, Entity Framework 5.0)
- Proficiency building server and web services using node.js, RESTFUL API, Web APIs., SOAPCore and WCF Web Services
- 6+ years experience developing solutions for cloud (Azure) and microservices or Kubernetes containerization platforms
- 7+ years test driven development, unit testing (nUnit, MSTest, xUnit) frameworks
- 4+ years of experience conducting code reviews
- Experience with relational DB (Microsoft SQL, Oracle etc.) design and development
- Thorough understanding of the architecture roles of the web server, application server, database, proxies/reversed proxy, and API used in the system.
- Experience with web development using Angular 7/8/9 is a big plus
- Experience with SSO integration using Ping Federate or other SSO platforms.
