A pharmaceutical client is looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives and Operations IT to join their team. This individual will lead all aspects of assigned business area technology including strategy development, solution identification & implementation, ongoing operational support, risk management, and relationship management. The role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Digital, Data Science, and R&D IT departmental strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This role will oversee the strategy and operations of the department.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in digital strategy and operations, with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
Strong project management experience including global initiatives required.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Pharmaceutical experience
In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and best practices.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- PMP or similar preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
