Insight Global is seeking a SCCM / Client & Server Staging Architect for our aluminum manufacturing client in Pittsburgh. The position will be onsite 5 days a week in either downtown or their New Kensington facility. They will utilize SCCM to stage machines globally, ensuring each site in the business domain can PXE boot to the appropriate server as well as managing OSD task sequences to provide different menus for various staging scenarios, including self-restaging and support staff configurations. This individual will be using PowerShell and C# to maintain and enhance interfaces to streamline the staging process or troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the interfaces. Also, they will be injecting vendor drivers into the WIM (Windows Imaging Format) files to ensure compatibility with approximately 30 different Dell models. Finally, they will be working with Dell representatives to address any hardware or driver-related issues, especially when new machines arrive.
