Insight Global is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join one of their construction clients in the greater Pittsburgh, PA. The individual will be in charge of profit/loss performance on construction projects, business development, contract management, estimating, proposal writing, budget tracking, etc. for a variety of their projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Site Superintendent and Site Safety & Health officer to coordinate crews, manage subcontractors and suppliers to optimize production and project performance.
- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, monthly invoices and resource loaded schedules.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements applicable to each project.
- Tracks progress of onsite work to ensure the project meets the objectives, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain relationships with Client(s) and Operations Manager and respond as needed to inquiries and requests for support or information.
- Provide clear and concise status/reports to the Management on a monthly basis (and others, as required).
- Provide quality control oversight of site work to confirm that work is being conducted in accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Work with project team and project quality
control personnel to take corrective actions to maintain and advance project milestones.
-Ensure field staff conduct daily on-site tailgate meetings with staff and subcontractors.
- Participate in site walks, generate bids, produce estimates, and prepare cost proposal packages for new projects
