Job Description

As the HVAC Supervisor for a large pharmaceutical client, you will lead a team responsible for the complex preventative maintenance and corrective repair of commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration equipment, pure water systems, and other building utilities. This role is responsible for efficient service delivery, maximized technician productivity, and minimized customer business interruptions.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience leading and developing a team of technicians
Working experience in critical facilities such as data center, life sciences, healthcare, power facilities, etc.
Strong technical and hands on knowledge of HVAC systems including but not limited to air conditioning systems, heat pumps, boilers, chillers, ducts, filtration, HEPA, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certification (HVAC, Universal CFC, Refrigeration, EPA 608)
Knowledge of DI, RO, WFI systems
Cleanroom HVAC, desiccant dehumidification, explosion-proof systems, sanitization
Familiarity with FDA & GMP standards
