One of our largest clients is hiring a Backend Developer. The Back-end Software Engineer is responsible for performing research, design, and software development for specific product lines, focusing on moderately complex tasks. This includes designing program flow, coding, unit testing, and comprehensive testing. The engineer collaborates with technical teams to finalize requirements, write, and review specifications, and translate product needs into software designs. They also implement best coding practices, conduct code reviews, resolve technical issues, and work in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Candidates should have proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, DB migration, MVC, JavaScript, and Authentication. Familiarity with code coverage, automated unit tests, test-driven development, and software development methodologies is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to complete moderately complex bug fixes. This role is fully remote but must work EST hours.
