Insight Global is seeking a CRM Developer to support our financial services client based in Pittsburgh PA, hybrid schedule. This individual will play a crucial role in the implementation and customization of their new CRM tool. Your expertise in Salesforce development and administration will be essential in ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of the CRM system. Each day, you will participate in morning stand-up meetings to discuss progress and upcoming tasks, collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, and design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, LWC, and LDS. You will also perform Salesforce administrative tasks, conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and collaborate closely with other developers and team members to create prototypes and proofs of concept. Additionally, you will document technical specifications, provide regular updates on project progress, troubleshoot system issues, and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Your role will also involve developing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.

* Bachelors degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related
* 3+ years of Exp as a Salesforce Platform Developer
* 1+ years of exp doing Salesforce Admin support
* Certified Salesforce Platform Developer -- certification
* Exp with Salesforce.com Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/aura components, force.com, lightning web components (LWC), and Lightning Design System (LDS)
