A large healthcare system in Philadelphia, PA, is looking to hire a Lab Technician for a hybrid clinical processing/research lab. In addition to processing patient samples as part of medical treatment plans, this person will work with research groups to onboard the manufacturing of novel cellular therapeutics. They will perform clinical and research cell processing and analyses activities, media and cryopreservation formulation, product sampling using aseptic techniques. They are looking for a research-minded individual that will be a part of a team of 5 doing cellular therapy. The schedule is M-F 8:30-5pm, however this perosn will need to work later hours as needed and will know a week in advance their schedule.

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Lab Science
Familiar with immunology
Tissue culture experience - working with tissue culture cells
Experienced with PCRs (good pipetting skills)
Flowcytometry - biggest analysis they have here - would rank someone higher that has this experience then they have
Experience working in a research lab
Experience with sterile tissue culture / sterile cell handling
GMP compliance
Manufacturing car T cells
