Job Description:
Responsibilities will include software upgrades at the base of cell towers (Hubs).
Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling: Plan and schedule hardware upgrades and software updates upgrading equipment and infrastructure
Evaluating needs: Analyze equipment, software, network security, and other areas to identify needs
Recommending changes: Recommend network changes to meet program goals
Installing and repairing: Install, repair, or upgrade telecommunications equipment and infrastructure
Training: Train users on the capabilities and operation of hardware and software
Maintaining systems: Maintain and upgrade existing equipment, and test systems to identify and resolve problems
Documenting: Create and maintain documentation of all incidents
Keeping inventory: Keep track of equipment inventory and spares
Maintaining a safe work environment: Follow codes, standards, and legal regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Updating knowledge: Participate in educational opportunities and read technical publications to update job knowledge
