Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Consultant for one of their simulation software engineering clients. This resource will be fully remote, working within our clients Production Support team to support their Salesforce CRM platform. The day to day will vary, but mostly entails end-to-end production support for users as it pertains to the Salesforce CPQ platform. From the initial ticket from an end user, this resource will work to troubleshoot and develop solutions to resolve user issues.
Responsibilities will include
Support CRM application from an operations standpoint:
Day to day end user support resolving tickets
Configurations and integrations within Salesforce
Data management
Production support
Collaborating with global teams (USA, India, Japan, etc)

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM
Salesforce Development experience
Experience providing end to end support, including administration, implementation, configuration, data management, and development
o (Starting with end user submitting ticket through resolution could mean that they need to develop and make enhancements to application)
Salesforce CPQ Experience
Must be willing to provide ongoing production/user support
