Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors. This role involves managing projects ranging from $30-500 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Required Skills & Experience

3-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
