A client is looking for a Desktop Support technician in the Philadelphia, PA area.
They are looking for an experienced person with minimum 3 years of experience in Desktop Support. They are looking for individuals that focus on customer service and problem solving. They need people that think on their feet and communicate clearly issues.
They will be responsible for resolving tickets in a 50% PC and 50% MAC environment. They will provide 2 weeks of training.
