A large facilities management client is looking to hire an Operations Manager in Philadelphia. The position is at a major Center City, Class A, multi-tenant office building.
This position requires-
Experience as chief engineer or operations manager
Experience with multi-tenant Class A office building
Experience in union environment
Background in MEP, particularly central plant chilled water & steam systems
Project management experience
Philadelphia A Engineer license preferred
