Our large Construction client is currently hiring for a DE&I Project Manager to join their team in Philadelphia. This individual will be onsite 5 days a week supporting the DE&I initiatives for a 1.9 billion dollar ground up construction project at a large hospital. Specifically, they will work with the Contractor's EOP person, third party consultants, and hospital consultants, to track and report on local trade/personnel participation on project, MBE/WBE subcontracts and minority/women/disabled trades persons project involvement. Additionally, they will be responsible for community engagement and working through Union requirements, communicating job opportunities in the surrounding areas, facilitating introductions/connections between interested trade personnel and companies.

5+ years of experience in the Construction industry
experience running a DE&I program within a construction project
experience working with the community hosting events and spurring community engagement
Experience with 100MM dollar or more sized projects
