Job Description

Day to Day:



Insight Global is seeking 1 IT Support Analyst to sit onsite for a local client. These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.

* Provide technical support onsite and over the phone for Customers

* Software and network issues on laptops and desktops

* Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.

* Create and manage tickets

Required Skills & Experience

Level 3 Requirements:

* Associates Degree and Minimum 4 years IT Support experience OR

* Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years professional IT Support Experience

* Experience remoting into devices to fix issues

* Previous IT Support experience MUST INCLUDE both HARDWARE and SOFTWARE support
